How do I book a tour or transfer?
Send an enquiry from any tour page, or use the enquiry form to request a transfer. JAP replies by your preferred channel to confirm availability and a quote for your group.
Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. Your tour or transfer is confirmed only when JAP confirms it with you.
Are the tours private?
Yes. Every tour JAP lists is private: only your group travels in the vehicle.
Where do tours start?
Every listed tour includes pickup. Most start from your hotel or residence, and several also list the Cape Town Cruise Terminal or the V&A Waterfront as pickup points. Each tour page shows the pickup details from JAP’s listing.
Why are prices shown in pounds, and are they final?
The “from” prices on this site are the indicative per-adult prices shown on JAP’s Tripadvisor listings (in GBP, as Tripadvisor displays them in the UK) on the date noted. They are not JAP’s direct rates.
Your quote depends on your date, group size and options, and JAP confirms it when replying to your enquiry.
Can I book through Tripadvisor instead?
Yes. JAP’s tours and transfers are also listed on Tripadvisor. Bookings made there follow Tripadvisor’s booking terms. Each tour page links to its listing.
Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
JAP’s listings describe its tours and transfers as not wheelchair accessible. If you or someone in your group has mobility needs, tell JAP in your enquiry so the options can be discussed.
Do you provide child seats?
JAP’s airport transfer listing says infant seats are available. Add your children’s ages to your request so the right seats can be arranged.
What is usually not included?
Entrance fees, lunch and gratuities are listed as not included on most tours. Each tour page shows what JAP’s listing includes and excludes; ask in your enquiry about anything else.
When can I see whales in Hermanus?
Whales are seasonal visitors to Walker Bay. Mention your travel dates in your enquiry and JAP will advise whether the Hermanus tour suits them.
What is the cancellation policy?
JAP will confirm its terms for direct bookings with your quote. Bookings made through Tripadvisor or Viator follow those platforms’ terms.
