These terms

These terms apply when you book a tour, package or transfer directly with JAP Shuttles & Tours: through this website, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp. Bookings made through Tripadvisor or Viator follow those platforms’ own terms.

How a booking works

1. You send a booking request. The website gives you a reference (JAP- and six characters) and emails you a copy. A request is not yet a booking.
2. We reply. We check availability and send you a quote with the arrangements.
3. We confirm in writing. Your booking exists only once we confirm it with you in writing; we then email you a booking confirmation with your reference. Until then, the date or time may still be taken.

Prices and payment

Prices shown on this website are the “from” prices per adult listed on our Tripadvisor pages, in pounds sterling, when we last checked them. The price of your trip is the one in our quote.

If you change or cancel

You may cancel a booking. Any cancellation charge will be reasonable, and none applies if the person the booking was for cannot travel because of their death or hospitalisation (Consumer Protection Act, section 17).

Tours and transfers are booked for a specific date, so the seven-day cooling-off period for online purchases does not apply to them (Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, section 42(2)(j)).

Children and accessibility

Tell us children’s ages for child seats, and any mobility or other needs, when you send your request, so we can plan for them.
